Section 12.7. Recording of Plats.

The Register of Deeds of Calhoun County shall not receive for record any plat or subdivision of any lands or premises, within the corporate limits or for a distance of three miles outside of the corporate limits, unless the same shall have endorsed thereon a certificate signed by the City Clerk of said City showing that such plat or subdivision has been accepted and approved by the City Commission.
