Section 8.4. Notice of Meeting.

The Assessor shall cause notice to be published approximately one week prior to the time of the meeting of the Board of Review in one newspaper circulated in the City stating the time and place of the meeting of the Board of Review and the objects for which it will meet, but a failure to give such notice shall not invalidate the tax.
