Section 6.9. Conciliation Division.

There is hereby created a Conciliation Division of the Municipal Court of the City of Battle Creek which shall have the jurisdiction and powers provided for in Act 269 of Public Acts of 1933 of the State of Michigan, as now or hereafter amended.
