A "Municipal Court of the City of Battle Creek", pursuant to Act 269, P.A. 1933 as amended, is hereby established and continued in full force and effect subject to the provisions hereof, and the provisions of said Act, as hereafter amended, are hereby adopted. The judges, clerk, process servers and other employees of the present Court and all records, journals, dockets, process, judgments, commitments, rules, bonds, and other procedures shall continue to serve and be in full force and effect hereunder.
