Section 4.5. Ordinance Record.

All ordinances shall be recorded by the City Clerk in a book to be called "The Ordinance Book," and it shall be the duty of the Clerk to authenticate such record by their official signature but the failure of the Clerk to do so shall not invalidate it or suspend its operation.
