Section 2.2. Composition.

The City Commission shall consist of nine (9) members comprised of a Mayor and three (3) Commissioners elected At-Large, and five (5) Commissioners elected from Wards, except as hereinafter provided in Section 2.5. Unless the context indicates differently, when this Charter uses the term “City Commissioner,” “Commissioner,” “member” or its plural, it shall include the Mayor.
