Section 1.1. Incorporation.

The Municipal corporation now existing and known as the "City of Battle Creek," as its limits now are or may hereafter be established, shall be and continue a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Michigan, and shall be known by the name of "City of Battle Creek."
