11-5-3: SANITARY SEWERS AND PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
   A.   When located within the service area of a public sanitary sewerage system, sanitary sewer mains shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision in such manner as to serve adequately all lots and tracts with connection to such public system. (Ord. 62-20)
   B.   Where lots are not located within the service area of a sanitary sewerage system, provisions must be made for sanitary sewerage facilities approved by the sanitary officer with the Kane County development department and the city engineer. The homeowner shall agree to connect to a sanitary sewerage system as soon as one is made available regardless of the condition of the homeowner's septic system 1 or other private sewage treatment system. This agreement shall be binding on all successors and assigns. (Ord. 85-31, 10-7-1985)
