11-4-7: MAIL DELIVERY IN SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AREAS; PLACEMENT OF MAILBOXES; USE OF CITY RIGHT OF WAY:
No plat of subdivision in a single-family residential zoning classification shall be approved without a written statement from the developer describing the type of mail delivery to occur within the subdivision. (Ord. 89-11, 2-20-1989)
