1-2-1: RULE OF SEPARABILITY:

Each chapter, section or, whenever divisible, part section of this code is hereby declared to be separable, and the invalidity of any chapter, section or divisible part section, shall not be construed to affect the validity of any other chapter, section or part section of this code.
