This article may be modified, amended, or extended at any time that experience, new research or laws indicate improved methods or whenever circumstances make it advisable. The amendments shall be made with the advice, assistance and approval of the tree commission. All amendments to this article shall be approved by the city council. (Ord. 08-11, 8-4-2008)
