Pursuant to authority granted under "an ordinance regulating the planting, maintenance and removal of trees, shrubs, and other plants; and creating a tree commission", ordinance 97-48 for the city, adopted by the city council on December 15, 1997, the city hereby promulgates the following as the arboricultural specifications and standards of practice for Batavia, herein called the arboricultural specifications manual.
