5-2-8: PENALTY:

Unless otherwise provided for herein, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (1972 Code §§ 131.020, 132.020, 132.999, 133.110, 133.115, 134.060, 135.001; amd. 1986 Code)
