5-2-3-10: ACTIVITIES RESTRICTED NEAR POWERHOUSE DAM:

It shall be unlawful for any person to swim, walk, stand, fish, boat or otherwise be located within the waters of the Fox River and within fifty feet (50') on either side of the dam north of Riverain Point and the dam commonly referred to as the old Powerhouse Dam . (Ord. 85-29, 8-19-1985)
