5-2-3-8: THROWING MISSILES:
It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, alley or public place; or to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar article on any street, sidewalk or alley in the City. (1972 Code § 133.095)
