A. A person commits theft when he knowingly:
1. Obtains or exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner of a value of less than three hundred dollars ($300.00); or
2. Obtains by deception control over property of the owner of a value of less than three hundred dollars ($300.00); or
3. Obtains by threat control over property of the owner of a value of less than three hundred dollars ($300.00). (1972 Code § 132.100; amd. 1986 Code)
B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (1972 Code § 132.100)
