A. Indecent Publications: It shall be unlawful for any person:
1. To sell or offer for sale, or to circulate, pass from one person to another, or expose in any public place or anywhere in view of a place or store frequented by the public any immoral, indecent or obscene publications, printed or written matter or picture or other representation.
2. To keep any such publication, printed or written matter, publication, picture or other representation in any place frequented by, or where it may come into the possession of minors, or to disclose or expose any such material to a minor. (1972 Code § 134.050)
B. Public Bathing: It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe at any public place or in any place open to public view unless such person in adequately garbed in a bathing suit. (1972 Code § 134.055)
C. Profanity: It shall be unlawful for any person to use profanity in any street, alley or public place of the City. (1972 Code § 133.060)
D. Indecent Conduct: It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any indecent or immoral act; or to appear in any public place in clothes properly belonging to the opposite sex, or not properly and decently clothed. (1972 Code § 133.065)
