A. Prohibited Acts: It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any of the following acts:
1. Prostitution: To practice prostitution in the City. (1972 Code § 134.001)
2. Soliciting: To solicit on any street, alley or public place in the City for the purpose of inducing any person to engage in prostitution or any unlawful sexual intercourse of any kind. (1972 Code § 134.005)
3. House Of Ill Fame: To maintain, frequent or patronize any house of ill fame or house of prostitution in the City. (1972 Code § 134.010)
B. Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (1972 Code § 134.015; amd. 1986 Code)
