A. Discharge Of Firearms Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms or airgun in the City; provided, that this subsection shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law to discharge a firearm in the performance of his duty, nor any citizen to discharge a firearm when lawfully defending his person or property. B. Carrying Concealed Weapons: It shall be unlawful to carry any concealed weapons in the City without first having a license to carry such concealed weapons duly issued under the laws of the State. Whoever violates this subsection shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (1972 Code § 135.005; amd. 1986 Code)
