4-5-3: WEEKLY COLLECTIONS REQUIRED:
The current accumulation of solid waste shall be collected once each week from each dwelling and household located in the city, said collection to be made by a person with whom the city has contracted for such collection. (Ord. 03-11, 3-17-2003)
