4-5-2: HOUSEHOLD DEFINED:

The term "household" as used in this chapter means each dwelling, or portion thereof, including homes, multiple occupancy buildings up to six (6) units, but shall not include commercial or industrial buildings. The number of households shall be determined and evidenced by the number of separate electric light meters. (Ord. 03-11, 3-17-2003)
