3-27-3: APPLICATION:
A complete application for rental property for which a rental license is required shall be submitted in writing to the Community Development Department. The application shall include the following information and documentation:
   A.   Name, street address, and home, mobile and business telephone numbers and email addresses of the following:
      1.   If owned by an individual, the owner of the property;
      2.   If held in trust, the trustee(s);
      3.   If owned by a corporation, the directors and officers of the corporation;
      4.   If owned by a partnership, the general partner(s);
      5.   If owned by a limited liability company, the manager(s) or managing member(s);
      6.   If owned by an association or other organization, the directors, officers or equivalent persons having control and responsibility for the entity.
   B.   Name, street address, business, mobile and local telephone numbers and email address of the property manager, if other than the owner.
   C.   Name, street address, business, mobile and home telephone numbers and email addresses of the designated agent, if any.
   D.   Name, street address, business, mobile and home telephone numbers and email address(es) of at least one successor designated agent for purpose of receiving notices when the owner or primary agent is absent from the County for thirty (30) or more consecutive days.
   E.   Emergency telephone number(s) that is/are answered at all times, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, for any one or combination of the owner(s), property manager or other agent(s) to be contacted when an emergency exists.
   F.   An acknowledgement that the owner, property manager and/or designated agent shall be reasonably accessible to the City and has a telephone number that is answered twenty four (24) hours a day.
   G.   In the event any of the information requested changes, it shall be the affirmative obligation of the owner, property manager and/or any person responsible for control or supervision of the property to notify the City in writing within five (5) business days of the change. Emergency telephone numbers shall be updated the next business day following the change.
   H.   An applicant shall submit such other information and documentation as the Community Development Director reasonably requires to determine that the applicant is entitled to a rental license and has satisfied the conditions and requirements of this chapter.
