A. Before placing or allowing any licensed video gaming terminal to be placed on the premises of a licensed video gaming location in the City, the licensee shall obtain a sticker issued by the City for each video gaming terminal and affix the stickers to each corresponding video gaming terminal.
B. The licensee shall affix a new sticker to each corresponding video gaming terminal on or before January 1 in each year after the initial year the establishment and each terminal is licensed.
C. The number of video gaming terminals permitted at a licensed video gaming location at any one time shall not exceed five (5).
D. Every license granted hereunder shall expire on December 31 of the year in which it is granted. The fee shall not be prorated. (Ord. 17-11, 2-6-2017)
