3-28-6: APPLICATION:
All complete applications for Truck and Semi-trailer Storage Lots shall be submitted in writing to the Community and Economic Development Department. The application shall include the following information and documentation:
   A.   A new application for a license shall include a parking lot stripe plan that conforms to the requirements of the Zoning Code Section 4.217.C.1.
   B.   The number of approved parking spaces for trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.
   C.   The name and home address of the applicant.
   D.   The name and address of the business.
   E.   The names and addresses of all officers of a firm, partnership, or corporation.
   F.   Whether the property is owned or leased by the applicant, and if leased, for what duration and purpose.
   G.   The name and address of the lessor.
   H.   The applicant shall submit evidence of ownership (deed or title policy) or a valid lease, and shall file a copy thereof with the City.
   I.   A copy of the ordinance approving the conditional use for the truck and semi-trailer storage lot shall be submitted with the completed application. (Ord. 23-38, 8-21-2023)
