No person shall own and operate a Truck and Semi-trailer Storage Lot unless the property is property zoned for the specified use and a valid operating license is issued by the Community and Economic Development Department for the specific Truck and Semi-Trailer Storage Lot. This license is renewable on June 1 each year. There shall be no more than five (5) Truck and semi-trailer Storage Lot licenses issued by the City at any given time. (Ord. 23-38, 8-21-2023)
