Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed as in any manner repealing or modifying any provision of the Municipal Code relating to any particular business that is licensed by the City wherein motor vehicles or other vehicles are being used upon the public ways of the City. This Chapter shall be applicable to properties that are used as a Trailer and Semi-Storage Lots as defined in this Chapter. This chapter shall not apply to persons or properties where trailers either owned or leased or legally occupied are on a premise engaged in the purposes of loading and unloading in the conduct of another use as defined in the Zoning Code on a property.
