3-4-6: BOWLING ALLEYS:
   A.   License Required: No person shall operate or maintain a bowling alley open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as is herein provided. Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the City Clerk and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of alleys to be used. (1972 Code § 115.100)
   B.   License Fee: The annual fee for such licenses shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) regardless of the number of alleys used; provided, however, that in the event the same person shall be operating or maintaining at the same location and in the same building, bowling alleys, billiard, pool, bagatelle or pigeonhole tables, only one annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be required to be paid therefor.    C.   Hours For Operation: No bowling alley shall be kept open for business, or used, between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (1972 Code § 115.115)
