3-4-5: INSPECTIONS:

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and Fire Chief each to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the Police and of the Fire Departments, to insure conformity with the provisions concerning such amusements. (1972 Code § 115.475; amd. 1986 Code)
