3-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this Chapter, except as to licensing and fees, shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses and other amusements in the City, whether specifically licensed in another provision of this Chapter or not. (1972 Code § 115.450)
