3-3-45: PUBLIC PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, consume or have in his or her possession other than in the original package, with the seal unbroken, any alcoholic liquor:
   A.   On any public right of way, street, or sidewalk unless an outdoor adjunct or other license has been issued for the particular portion of the right of way, street, or sidewalk;
   B.   In any building belonging to or under the control of any local governmental entity unless the local governmental entity has authorized such activity and a liquor license has been issued for the specific premises and only during the hours in which the sale of alcoholic liquor is permitted;
   C.   In or upon any publicly owned park unless the specific park premises is licensed, and then only in conformance with the applicable restrictions. (Ord. 13-16, 4-1-2013)
