3-3-37: GAMBLING AND OTHER VIOLATIONS ON THE PREMISES:

A. Licensees who are authorized to have video gaming on the licensed premises pursuant to the provisions of the video gaming act , and who have obtained a city video gaming license pursuant to chapter 26 of this title.

B. Licensees in compliance with the provisions of chapter 26 of this title and the provisions of the video gaming act. (Ord. 16-70, 11-21-2016)
