2-7-6: AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS:
The coordinator of ESDA may negotiate mutual aid agreements consistent with the state emergency operations plan with other cities or political subdivisions of the state, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the city council. (Ord. 13-02, 4-1-2013)
