(A) Climatological conditions worsen and water levels continue to decline. Water conservation measures are increased. Implement system-wide mandatory water conservation measures, and establish a use reduction goal of 20%.
(B) Customer action:
(1) Mandatory reduction of lawn watering on odd- and even-numbered days according to resident’s house number;
(2) Watering restricted to 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and
(3) Restrict all unnecessary usage as deemed appropriate.
