§ 53.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Failure to comply with §§ 53.20 through 53.24 shall be punishable by a minor misdemeanor with a penalty of up to $100 per day or per occurrence.
