§ 114.16  VEHICLE USE FOR IMMORAL PURPOSES.
   (A)   No person shall use any public vehicle for any immoral or unlawful purpose. Conviction for violation hereof is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (B)   If the owner or agent of any public vehicle commits any act of illegal, unlawful or immoral nature, which act affects the public peace, property, safety and dignity of the village, Council may, after a hearing and presentation of evidence, revoke the license forthwith. Ten days’ written notice of the time and place of hearing shall be given to the licensed owner of record.
