(B) (1) Whoever violates §§ 113.15 through 113.17 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. A subsequent violation of §§ 113.15 through 113.17 within one year shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and incarceration for not more than 30 days or both.
(2) Each person or residence solicited shall constitute a separate offense or violation.
