§ 97.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 97.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 97.30 or 97.32(B) through (F) shall be subject to the provisions of § 130.99.
   (C)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500, imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Each opening made in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
