§ 97.01  RESIDENCE ON RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   No person shall have a residence, place of dwelling or place of work, a location on, within, or under the public roadways, bridges, or thoroughfares of the village, for which valid zoning and building permits have been issued and for which a valid post office address exists.
   (A)   As used in this section, roads, bridges and thoroughfares shall be the same as that which is defined in the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   As used in this section, a valid post office address, shall be an address to which mail could be otherwise delivered.
