§ 94.41  WEEDS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person, whether owner, lessee, agent, tenant or any other person having charge or care of land in the village, shall permit noxious weeds or other rank vegetation, grasses and the like to grow thereon to a height in excess of 12 inches, or to mature their seeds thereon, or fail to cut and destroy such weeds and other vegetation when notified by the village to do so.
   (B)   Noxious weeds and rank vegetation shall include but not be limited to:
      (1)   Any weeds such as the following:

Hoary Cress
Wild Carrot
Horsenettle
Wild Garlic

Leafy Spurge
Wild Onion
Mile-A-Minute Weed
Wild Parsnip
 
      (2)   Grapevines when growing in groups of 100 or more and not pruned, sprayed, cultivated or otherwise maintained for two consecutive years;
      (3)   Bushes of the species of tall, common or European barberry, further known as berberis vulgaris or its horticultural varieties; and
      (4)   Any weeds, grass or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers or other ornamental plants, growing to a height exceeding 12 inches.
