For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AGRICULTURAL. Land cultivated for the purpose of producing crops; farming.
DENSE. Marked by compactness or crowding together of parts.
FOREST. A dense growth of trees and underbrush covering a large tract; to cover the trees.
GROVE. A small wood without underbrush.
NOXIOUS. Physically harmful or destructive to living beings.
RANK. Excessively vigorous in growth; offensively gross or coarse, foul, growth too large.
UNDERBRUSH. Shrubs, bushes or small trees growing beneath large trees in wood or forest; brush; a tangled, obstruction or impending mass.
WEED. A plant that is not valued where it is growing and is usually of rank growth, such as one that tends to overgrow or choke out more desirable plants.
WOOD. A dense growth of trees usually greater in extent than a grove and smaller than a forest.
WOODED. Covered with growing trees.
