(A) The subdivider, having received approval of the preliminary plan shall submit plans for final approval in one of the following methods:
(1) Submission of a final plan and construction drawings for required improvements. Record plat to be submitted for approval after satisfactory construction of improvements and posting of maintenance bond; or
(2) Submission of a final plan and construction drawings for required improvements. Record plat, assurance of completion bond and maintenance bond filed for immediate approval.
(B) Final plans, construction drawings, supplemental information and record plats shall conform with the requirements set forth in §§ 152.065 through 152.070 of these regulations. The final plan shall incorporate all changes in the preliminary plan required by the Planning Commission. If no changes are required, the final plan shall conform to the approved preliminary plan and it may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plan which the subdivider proposes to record and develop at that time. The final plan, construction drawings and record plat shall be prepared by a registered engineer and/or surveyor.
