(A) Owners of residences and business buildings shall, within 30 days after receiving such notice from the Police Chief, cause to be erected and permanently placed on such residences and business buildings, the designated numbers assigned by the Post Office.
(B) Numbers shall be placed on residences and business buildings by the owners in a size large enough to be clearly seen from the nearest street to the residence or business buildings.
