§ 156.212 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   Upon completion of construction, the applicant may file a written request to the Board for acceptance of all public improvements.
   (A)   Request contents. A request for acceptance of public improvements shall contain the certification required by § 156.208 and the as-built plans required by § 156.211.
   (B)   Final inspection. The Board shall refer a request for acceptance of public improvements to the County Engineer who shall make a final inspection and shall make a recommendation to the Board based on all required inspections of the project.
   (C)   Board action. After receiving the recommendation of the County Engineer, the Board shall decide whether to accept the improvements. Any refusal to accept the improvements shall be accompanied by findings as to the reasons. The Board shall not accept the improvements until it has received the maintenance bond required in § 156.210.
