§ 153.40 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.

This chapter shall not relieve any person from liability for damages or injuries to persons or property because of the installation of any electric wiring, devices, appliances or equipment; nor shall the county assume any liability by reason of the inspection authorized in this chapter or the certificate of approval issued as provided in this chapter.
