In the event of an applicant failing to pass an examination for an electrician’s license, he or she may, after three months from the filing date of his or her prior application, apply for another examination as the Chief Technical Code Enforcement Officer may deem necessary concerning his or her ability, experience, training and fitness for the line of work.
