The Chief Technical Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to suspend the license of any electrician or electrical contractor issued under this chapter for a period of not more than 30 days for a violation of this chapter; and any person whose license has been suspended may appeal the suspension to the Board of Commissioners by filing therewith a written request for a hearing within ten days of the Chief Technical Code Enforcement Officer’s action. The Board shall have the power to reverse or affirm the decision appealed from or to permanently revoke the license.
