§ 153.04 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; DISPOSITION OF FEES.

The licenses provided for in this chapter shall be issued by the Chief Technical Code Enforcement Officer by authority of the Board of County Commissioners. All fees for licenses shall be deposited in and become a part of the County General Fund. The monies shall be divided equally between the County General Fund and the General Fund for the City of Columbus. The County Auditor shall disburse the city share of the funds on a semi-annual basis.
