The fee for a license to operate as an electrician, any electrical business or an independent electrical contractor within the county shall be $50 for the first license issued to the applicant and $25 for each annual renewal of the license; and, for each additional person engaged in electrical work by the licensee, an additional fee of $10 for the first license issued the applicant and $10 for each annual renewal of the license shall be charged.
