(A) There is established the position of Technical Code Building Inspector. The Technical Code Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of the county and shall serve at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners.
(B) The duties of the County Building Inspector shall include the enforcement of the various county and state ordinances, laws and regulations concerning building and construction and other duties as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Commissioners.
