§ 51.053 RODENTS AND INSECTS PROHIBITED.
   Infestation of rodents and insects on the premises of a garbage and rubbish public disposal site shall constitute a violation of this chapter and the violation shall be determined by the County Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative.
